Chase Michalek is a seasoned entrepreneur and investment professional, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of VSx Veterinary Surgery since 2024 and as the Founder of Chase R. Companies, a private investment holding company focused on the Veterinary Services industry, established in 2023. Chase has held significant leadership roles, including President of Family Vet Group until its acquisition by Heartland Veterinary Partners in 2022, where Chase successfully led integration efforts for approximately 200 employees and 17 locations. Prior experience includes positions at Cressey & Company as a Private Equity Associate and J.P. Morgan as an Investment Banking Analyst. Chase is also an Advisory Board Member at the SMU Cox School of Business and an active member of YPO since 2022. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BBA from SMU Cox School of Business.
