Suzanne Farris

Suzanne Farris currently serves as Project Director at Family Voices, Inc. since August 2023. Previously, Suzanne was the Associate Director at Parent Information Center of Delaware, Inc. from April 2022 to January 2024. Suzanne held the position of Volunteer Services Administrator at the Delaware State Office of Volunteerism from April 2020 to April 2022, where responsibilities included the planning and execution of a virtual annual Volunteerism Conference. As Chief Operating Officer at GearUp from August 2016 to January 2021, Suzanne contributed to the startup of the organization, which utilized cycling to support youth, impacting over 20,000 individuals globally. At the American Red Cross from March 2012 to April 2020, Suzanne was a Senior Specialist overseeing a volunteer cycle for approximately 1,500 volunteers, achieving a 96% fill rate and enhancing corporate partnerships by 42%. Suzanne holds a Bachelor's degree in History Teacher Education from Salisbury University, earned between 2002 and 2004.
