Kenny Bondelie

Kenneth Bondelie has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Kenneth is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at the Family YMCA of Marion and Polk Counties since November 2021. Prior to this role, Kenneth worked at New Avenues for Youth from 2015 to 2021, where they held the position of Director of Finance and Quality Assurance (CFO). During their tenure, they played a key role in leading the digital transformation of financial processes and implementing successful project initiatives. Kenneth also worked at the Oregon Food Bank from 2011 to 2015, where they served as Finance Manager and Senior Analyst and contributed to the migration of accounting systems and the establishment of financial and operational reporting. Kenneth started their career at Saturday Academy as a Registrar from 2008 to 2011.

Kenneth Bondelie obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Portland State University, majoring in Psychology and participating in the University Honors Program. The education was completed by 2009.
