Demba Diallo is a highly experienced professional with a robust background in program management and development within the human services sector. Currently serving as a Program Manager at FamilyAid since February 2024, Demba previously held the position of Program Director at Vinfen from January 2018 to February 2024. Demba also worked as an Assistant Program Director at the Cooperative for Human Services from March 2009 to January 2018. Early career experience includes roles as a Data Analyst Intern at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, a Lab Assistant at Bunker Hill Community College, and a Teaching Assistant at Project Literacy Watertown Library. Demba holds a Master of Public Administration in Project Management from Suffolk University Law School, a Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities certification from UMass Chan Medical School, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Exercise and Health Science and Health and Wellness from UMass Boston, along with an Associate of Arts from Bunker Hill Community College.

As the longest-serving provider of solutions to family homelessness in Greater Boston, we offer a combination of time-tested and innovative solutions to keep families in their homes whenever possible, provide shelter when needed, and support families to sustain housing over the long term. FamilyAid provides shelter, housing, and hope to more than 700 families each year, including more than 1,500 children.
