James Runyon

James Runyon's work experience includes serving as the Vice President of Organizational Culture and Chief Human Resources Officer at FamilyCare Health Centers (WV) since July 2022. Prior to this role, they were the West Virginia State Director of Selective Service at the United States Selective Service System starting from July 2019.
