Additionally, Terry has held various leadership positions at Northwest Permanente, PC since January 2012, including Regional Director of Provider Information & Service and Program Manager of Community Connectivity. Prior to this, Terry worked at Kaiser Permanente Northwest from August 1996 to December 2011 as Associate Director of Provider Relations & Systems, contributing to the development and enhancement of provider services throughout a significant career in the industry.
