Mitchell Brodey

President & CEO at FamilyCare Medical Group

Dr. Brodey is the President and Chief Executive Officer of FamilyCare Medical Group. He completed a BA at Columbia in 1971. He then earned his MD degree and completed an Internal Medicine residency at Wayne State University. He did a Fellowship in Infectious Diseases at the University of Wisconsin. Dr. Brodey practices both general Internal Medicine and Infectious disease and is board certified in both. His primary areas of interest are antimicrobial stewardship, infection prevention and HIV.

Dr. Brodey is currently the medical director of Crouse Health Network. He is the Chief of the Medical Services at the Community Campus of Upstate University Hospital. He is clinical professor of medicine at Upstate Medical University and plays an active role in teaching at all levels. Dr. Brodey is also an attending physician at Crouse Hospital.

Dr. Brodey is married and has four children.
