Gulmira Dzhamaldinova has extensive experience in the field of marketing communications. Gulmira has worked in this field since 2000, beginning as the Head of Marketing Department at OOO "Siti Taim", where they managed a department of 17 employees and developed advertising campaigns. In 2011, they moved to ESET Russia as the Head of Marketing Communications & Promotion, where they developed and implemented the overall strategic marketing plan and established, tracked, and assured adherence to marketing budgets. From 2014-2018, they worked at Global Telecom, Ltd. as the Brand Director, where they created and managed the department, built a brand from scratch, developed marketing strategies and plans, and created a media strategy. From 2016-2020, they were the Chief Executive Director at Missia Charity Foundation, where they developed a successful marketing and information policy and focused on international crowdfunding, partner channels, marketing communication programs and public relations. Most recently, they were the Head of Marketing Communication at FamilyGo, where they were responsible for providing complete security of communications for the entire family.

Gulmira Dzhamaldinova has a diverse educational background. Gulmira began their studies at Dagestan State University in 1994, earning a master's degree in World Economy in 1999. Gulmira then went on to pursue a Ph.D. in Economics at the Scientific Center of Russian Academy of Sciences, which they completed in 2003. In 2007, they earned a master's degree in Financial Management from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. Finally, in 2011, they obtained a Master of Business Administration in Innovation and Project Management from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation.
