Lucas Wargha

Lucas Wargha is an accomplished software engineering manager with extensive experience in leading engineering teams and driving innovative projects. Currently serving as Software Engineering Manager at FamilySearch and Engineering Lead at United Angels Foundation, Lucas has successfully developed a donations website to support families of individuals with special needs. Additionally, as a Technology Advisor for MOTYV8, Lucas contributes to enhancing youth mental health through sports and coaching. Previous roles include leading teams at REDX, where Lucas developed full-stack applications, and serving as a Software Engineer at various organizations, including Shine Solar and Brigham Young University - Idaho.
