Steven Douglas Olson

Steven Douglas Olson has extensive experience in web development and software engineering, currently serving as the Web Development Manager at FamilySearch since August 2015, where Steven manages a team of web developers. Prior positions include Portfolio Architect and Full Stack Developer at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, as well as various roles at companies such as O'Reilly Media, GE, and Novell. Notably, Steven authored "Ajax on Java" in 2007 and contributed significantly to software projects aimed at improving healthcare for veterans at CACI. Steven holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, and Pre-Med from Brigham Young University, earned between 1983 and 1989.
