Nancy Gildin is an accomplished business development executive with extensive experience in donor program development and fundraising at FamilyWise Services since November 2016. Concurrently, since February 2015, Nancy serves as a principal and trainer at Expresso! Communications, focusing on enhancing communication skills for professionals in technical fields. Previous roles include Vice President of Senior Account Management at TNS, managing significant retail and consumer packaged goods accounts, and principal at RER, which provided contract personnel solutions. Nancy has also contributed as a consultant for Best Buy and served as Senior Vice President at Research International, overseeing business development for Fortune 500 accounts. Nancy's career began at General Mills and Merrell Dow Pharmaceuticals, complemented by an MBA in Marketing from Indiana University and a BA in Psychology from Miami University.

First Step Early Childhood Education Center is an affordable, amazing childcare center that is nationally accredited and open to any child from 6 weeks through 5 years of age. Every child deserves to grow up in a safe and loving home. We reunify children with their parents, when it is safe and possible. We do this by providing skills, coaching and a neutral place for families to come together during difficult child custody situations.
