Tiara D'Souza

Tiara D'Souza is currently working as the Finance & Operations at FamPay. Prior to this, they worked as an intern at Kuwait Boxes Co from April 2016 to May 2016 where they were responsible for accounting petty cash and consolidating data for finance managers. In January 2018, they joined Razorpay as the Team Lead for Finance Operations and was responsible for manual bank reconciliation, settlement processing to clients, and finance operations for Razorpay X. During their time at Razorpay, they also collaborated with banks and tech for resolutions and led a team of 4 members.

Tiara D'Souza completed a PGP in Management Accounting from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Tiara also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from St Joseph's College of Commerce (Autonomous). Prior to that, they completed Pre-University studies in Business/Commerce, General from Christ University, Bangalore. Her secondary education was completed at Carmel School, Kuwait, where they finished 10th grade.
