Lauren Dai is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with significant experience in various sectors. Currently serving as Entrepreneur-in-Residence at FamTech.org since February 2025, Lauren focuses on empowering founders addressing challenges in health plans, insurance, childcare, and aging. Prior to this role, Lauren was Co-founder and COO of Cocoon from August 2020 to February 2025, where efforts concentrated on navigating the complexities of employee leave. Lauren's background includes roles in business development and growth at Stripe from February 2016 to August 2020, and analyst positions in Global Investment Research at Goldman Sachs from May 2012 to February 2016. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University and was valedictorian at South Brunswick High School.
