Haley McCown

Haley McCown, PHR, currently serves as the Vice President of HR Operations at Fanatics, Inc., with a tenure that began in July 2008. Over the years, Haley has held several key positions, including VP of HR Continuous Improvement & Operations and Sr. Director of Human Resources Operations. Prior to Fanatics, McCown worked as a Recruiter at ING Nederland (formerly CitiStreet), where responsibilities included sourcing candidates, managing hiring criteria, and overseeing college recruitment efforts. Earlier experience includes a role as a Human Resources Assistant at CitiStreet and an internship at Silbar/Hunt Integrated Marketing. McCown holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of North Florida and a BS in Communications from Florida State University, along with a PHR certification.
