Mini Khroad is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as VP, People Partner at Uniphore since June 2023. Khroad has a diverse background in HR leadership, having held key roles such as VP of People Operations at Splunk, Chief People Officer at both Khan Academy and Xilinx, and VP of People at PayPal.
