Ivan Rodriguez

Ivan Rodriguez is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director for Supply Chain Operations at Fanatics, Inc. since April 2022, Ivan previously held significant roles at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, including Head of HR for Janssen LA North & Cenca, where expertise in talent strategy and organizational design was demonstrated. Prior experience also includes a senior HR leadership position at Johnson & Johnson's Global Services Latin America and a range of HR roles at SABMiller, where Ivan was instrumental in implementing HR strategies and managing business processes across the Latin American region. Ivan holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad del Norte.
