Lara Hyde

Lara Hyde is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in recruiting across diverse industries. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Fanatics Betting and Gaming since February 2022, Lara oversees a global team dedicated to supporting the company's talent acquisition function and specifically leads technical talent acquisition, which comprises 65% of the department's efforts. Previous roles include Senior Recruiting Manager for Global Technology at T. Rowe Price, Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Zillow Group, and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Programs at Groupon, among others. With a background that includes significant positions at Amazon and Microsoft, Lara possesses a strong foundation in staffing for high-level roles. An HR Certified Professional (PHR) through the HR Certification Institute, Lara has also pursued coursework in Communications and Human Resources Management at Everett Community College and the University of Washington Bothell.
