Miranda Teed

Miranda Teed, CPA, possesses extensive experience in accounting and compliance, currently serving as the Director of SOX Compliance & Financial Controls at Fanatics since May 2025. Previously, Miranda held the position of Senior SOX and Accounting Projects Manager at Weedmaps from February 2023 to June 2025 and was a Senior Accounting Manager at Black Knight from December 2015 to February 2023, where significant contributions included leading SOX project management and corporate accounting efforts. Miranda's career began as an Internal Auditor at Interline Brands and as an Assurance Experienced Associate at PwC, following a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of North Florida.
