Sean Ma currently serves as VP of Engineering at Fanatics, having joined the company in January 2025. Previously, Sean held the position of Director of Engineering at Snap Inc. from January 2017 to January 2024, leading a global team of over 220 engineers. Prior to Snap Inc., Sean was General Manager of the International Business Group at Baidu, Inc., overseeing multiple product lines with significant daily active users, and held a role as Director in the Consumer Business Group. Sean’s experience also includes serving as Director of Product Development & Management at Qihoo 360 and Senior Lead Program Manager at Microsoft, where Sean contributed to various Windows Mobile and Embedded products. Sean holds a Master of Science degree from Stony Brook University Graduate School and a Master of Engineering degree from the Institute of Computing Technology at the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
