Kari Worker

Kari Worker has over 20 years of experience in supply chain management. They most recently served as Vice President of Operations at Fancy Sprinkles starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President of Supply Chain at Gatsby Chocolate from June 2021 to December 2022. From 2020 to 2022, Kari worked at Halo Top International as Vice President of Supply Chain, where they managed the international distribution of Halo Top ice cream and developed the supply chain operations for the launch of Gatsby Chocolate. Before joining Halo Top International, they worked at Halo Top Creamery as Director of Demand and Supply, where they established the S&OP process and managed global supply management. Kari also worked at Wilton Brands as Director of Demand Planning, leading monthly sales and operations planning, and at Hendrickson as a Demand Planner. They have a proven track record of driving inventory reduction, improving forecast accuracy, and successfully managing large teams and cross-functional processes.

Kari Worker attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1997 to 2001. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
