Steven Evancho is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and marketing management. Currently serving as Director of Operations and Director of Marketing at Fancypants Baking Co. since October 2014, Steven oversees the development and execution of marketing strategies in coordination with the sales team, and plays a key role in product management activities, including market analysis and new product launches. Prior to this, Steven worked as the Department of Early Education and Care Liaison at the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care from October 2010 to October 2014, providing technical assistance to public pre-school programs and supporting the inclusion of children with disabilities in early education settings. Educational qualifications include a degree from Canisius University (2005 - 2009) and attendance at Canisius High School (2001 - 2005).
