Joyce Jelks

Joyce Jelks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Inclusion, Learning & Engagement at FanDuel since March 2025, Joyce has also held significant positions such as Major in the United States Army Reserve since December 2000, and Head of People & Culture at Wieden + Kennedy NYC from June 2021 to June 2024. Previous roles include Head of Human Resources at Excel Sports Management from February 2019 to May 2021 and at New York City Football Club (NYCFC) from October 2017 to February 2019. Joyce's academic background includes a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business & Marketing with a minor in Military Science from The University of Toledo.
