Ryan Shea is a seasoned data scientist with extensive experience in sports analytics. Currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist at FanDuel since May 2023, Ryan previously worked with the Oklahoma City Thunder from January 2016 to April 2023, and prior to that, held a position as a Data Analyst at STATS LLC from May 2012 to December 2015. Throughout the career, Ryan has collaborated with NBA clients to develop custom analytical solutions, formulated statistical models for prospect evaluation, and produced scouting reports for game strategies. Additionally, Ryan contributed to media outlets such as ESPN and Grantland through statistical analyses and game recaps. Educationally, Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Notre Dame, completed in 2014.
