Hanjie Chen

Mr. Chen specializes in criminal litigation, corporate criminal risk evaluation and prevention, anti-corruption and fraud investigations, and crisis management. He is currently a member of the Criminal Compliance Practice Research Committee of Shanghai Lawyers Association. He also has substantial experience in government enforcement, compliance and state secrecy cases.
