Stella Chen

Stella Chen has extensive work experience in various roles. At Fanli, Inc., they served as a Senior Account Manager, collaborating with major clients and agencies to secure and close over 300 projects annually, generating a gross profit of over 100 million CNY. Stella also led a 4-person Sales Supporting team, conducting market research and developing tailored marketing solutions for clients. Additionally, Stella worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO, managing the CEO's schedule and leading a team to establish Fanli's Global Shopping operations.

Prior to Fanli, Stella worked at Cisco Systems as an Operations Specialist and Program Manager. In this role, they coordinated resources within Greater China CRDC offices and managed government incentive programs, achieving a 100% success rate in applications and securing 23 million CNY in government subsidy funding. Stella also implemented a vendor management program, optimizing vendor resources and improving cost-efficiency and talent management efficiency.
