Charlemayne Walker

Charlemayne Walker is the Associate General Counsel for Multifamily Finance at Fannie Mae, where they specialize in affordable housing and commercial real estate law. They have previously served as Senior Counsel at The Danneman Firm, LLC, and as Assistant Solicitor with the Baltimore City Solicitor's Office. With experience as Assistant Attorney General for the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development and Assistant General Counsel at the DC Housing Finance Agency, Charlemayne has developed a strong background in housing finance law. They hold a J.D. in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. in Political Science and Government from Yale University.
