Darnecia Pierce, M.A., PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Human Capital Strategy at Fannie Mae since 2024. Prior to this role, Darnecia held multiple positions at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas from 2013 to 2024, including Director of Organizational Effectiveness & Culture, Senior Manager of Organizational Effectiveness, Senior Human Resources Business Partner, and Talent Consultant. Darnecia's earlier experience includes working as a Human Capital Analyst at Aon Hewitt from 2011 to 2013, a Senior Human Resources Administrator at Intertek from September 2009 to December 2010, and a Human Resources Intern at Sequent Energy Management in 2008. Darnecia holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Management and Leadership from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Accounting from the University of Houston's C.T. Bauer College of Business.
