As a Co-Founder of Sweetanok, Kit possesses entrepreneurial experience alongside a strong background in design leadership, demonstrated through roles such as Senior Design Lead at OneMain Financial, Senior Experience Design Lead at Cerner Corporation, and Senior Business Design Lead at Ventera. Kit's academic accomplishments include a Bachelor of Science in Applied System Analysis from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' and a Master of Business Administration in Business/Managerial Economics from Kyiv University of Tourism, Economics and Law.
