Malinda Venable

Malinda Venable is an experienced professional in the affordable housing and mortgage sectors, currently serving as the Affordable Housing Product Development Manager at Fannie Mae since November 2018. In addition, Malinda holds the role of Program Manager for Down Payment Assistance at NeighborWorks America, overseeing an $85 million grant program and ensuring compliance with federal and state mortgage lending requirements.
