Rachel Ndungu

Rachel Ndungu is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate accounting and financial reporting. Currently serving as Senior Director of Corporate Accounting at Fannie Mae since August 2010, Rachel has previously held positions including Director of SEC Financial Reporting and Securities Manager within the same organization. Prior experience includes a managerial role at PricewaterhouseCoopers USA from February 2000 to August 2010. Educational qualifications include a Leadership & Management Certificate from Wharton Online, a Leadership Certificate from MIT Sloan School of Management, an MSc in Finance from the University of Baltimore, a B.Comm from the University of Nairobi, and an Executive Leadership degree from Cornell University in 2023.
