Scott McCloud

Scott McCloud possesses extensive experience in asset management, particularly within the multifamily real estate sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Multifamily Portfolio Risk Management at Fannie Mae since April 2008, McCloud directs a team focused on managing the Multifamily REO portfolio and developing strategies to minimize holding costs and maximize sale proceeds. Prior roles include Director of Special Asset Management at Fannie Mae, Vice President at Fortress Investment Group, and Director of CMBS and Agency Asset Management at Prudential Asset Resources. With a foundational background in commercial loan production and real estate asset management dating back to 1980, McCloud holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the UW Foster School of Business.
