Dorine Vogel

Dorine Vogel, PHR, SHRM-CP, has over three decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as Chief Human Resource Officer and Principal at FANNING/HOWEY ASSOCIATES, INC since January 1992. In this role, Dorine has successfully guided the startup and management of comprehensive HR operations, collaborating with senior management to establish HR policies, recruit personnel, develop group benefits and training programs. Prior to this, Dorine worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Setex, Inc. from January 1988 to January 1992, where responsibilities included recruitment, employee training, benefits administration, and disciplinary management.
