Syed Aamir Naqib

Syed Aamir Naqib is the current Chief Technology Officer at FanPrint, a Print-on-Demand e-commerce platform selling custom designed apparel officially licensed by many popular sports franchises of the United States.

Prior to their current position, Naqib served as the Chief Technology Officer at CounterFind from August 2017 to October 2017 where they were responsible for overseeing the development and deployment of their MVP. Syed was able to successfully complete the job and deploy version 1.0 of the MVP in record time, resulting in the acquisition of first few of the very impressive list of clients.

Before their time at CounterFind, Naqib also served as the Chief Technology Officer at FanPrint from January 2017 to December 2017. During their short time there, they were able to overhaul the company's entire technology stack resulting in significant revenue growth. Syed migrated from a Shopify hosted e-commerce site to an in-house self-hosted platform built on Ruby on Rails, React components, PostgreSQL, Memcached, all deployed on AWS infrastructure. The new platform included a sophisticated analytics and tracking mechanism to track referrals and calculate commissions for designers and marketers.

Syed Aamir Naqib has a MS in Electronics/Telecom Engineering from Southern Methodist University and a BS in Electronics/Telecom Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore.
