The Career and Employment Services team at Fanshawe College is dedicated to supporting students and alumni in their career development and job search efforts. They offer personalized guidance, resources for co-op placements, and entrepreneurial services, while actively engaging with industry partners to align educational outcomes with labor market needs. Through workshops, networking events, and one-on-one consultations, the team aims to enhance students’ employability and successfully transition them into the workforce.
