Director of Operations at Fantastic IT

Bill Ledebuhr has over 18 years of experience in the IT field. From 2002 to 2010, they held various positions in the industry. In 2002, they were a Network/Systems Analyst at ITW, where they provided daily hardware, software, database, and network support for over 200 users over 6 remote networks. Bill also designed and installed a Windows 2000 Server network and installed and customized networked desktops and laptops with Windows 98/NT/2000/XP. In 2005, they joined Michael Havrilla and Associates as a Network/Systems Administrator, providing enterprise solutions to dozens of small businesses across the country with an emphasis on security. Bill also created and maintained secure remote networking solutions, including remote access for all clients to PCs. In 2007, they began working at Pacific Swell Networks, Inc. as Project Director, managing multiple technical teams within budget and project schedule, as well as managing ShoreTel projects throughout their life cycle. In 2010, they joined Fantastic IT as Director of Operations, where they were responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring their high standards of customer service and satisfaction were being met. Bill also monitored intra-company communication and implemented processes and procedures to ensure clients were getting World-Class Service and that Fantastic IT was running as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Bill Ledebuhr began their educational journey at St. Francis High School, where they were part of the Honors Program from 1993 to 1997. Bill then went on to the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics in 2001. In 2009, they obtained their CCNA Certification from Pierce College. That same year, they also earned an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, with a focus on Finance & Entrepreneurship.
