Will Thomas

Will Thomas has worked in various roles since 2013. Will started as a PhD in High Performing Teams & Leadership at the University of Sussex in 2013. In 2016, they became an Honorary Research Fellow at the same university and a Team and Leadership Consultant at the Centre for Team Excellence. In 2019, they became the CEO & Founder of Fantasy Football Hub, a UK digital content company focused on Premier League fantasy football.

Will Thomas completed a BSc in Psychology with Economics from the University of Exeter in 2011, followed by a Master of Science (MSc) in Social and Organisational Psychology in 2012. Will then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology at the University of Sussex from 2013 to 2016.
