Brittany Sgaliardich

Brittany Sgaliardich has a diverse work experience across various industries. Brittany is currently working as a Senior User Researcher at Fantasy since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a User Experience Researcher at IBM from 2021 to 2022. Before that, they served as a Research Associate at a confidential design consulting firm in 2020, where they synthesized qualitative data, created archetypes, journeys, and frameworks, and crafted report decks to communicate design opportunities to clients.

In 2019, Brittany worked as a User Experience Designer + Researcher at Project Poppy and as a Service Designer + Researcher at Caritas of Austin. At Caritas of Austin, they co-led a team, conducted contextual research, and recommended a culture of care around case managers.

From 2018 to 2019, they worked at Citrix as a Staff Consultant and Sales Engineer. Brittany was responsible for design and build of Citrix solutions for clients and presented webinars for Citrix Networking solutions. Brittany also worked as a Technical Analyst at Citrix from 2017 to 2017.

In 2016, they held the role of Creative Director at TEDxUF, where they led a team and designed holistic, cross-channel experiences.
