Seena Saini

Seena Saini has worked in a variety of roles in the finance sector since 1998. Seena began their career as an Internal Auditor at Bentley Jennison (Part of RSM Tenon). From 2000 to 2004, they worked as a Corporate Finance Manager at Fantaay/Campus Ventures, where they were responsible for leading financial, strategic, and commercial functions of the startup firm. Seena was also key in negotiating a contract with Forecourt Television (FTV) worth £1 million over 12 months. From 2004 to 2009, Seena was a Finance Strategy Manager at Ewave Global, where they raised EIS private equity funds and SFLGS government funds, managing accounts and driving growth. From 2009 to 2012, they held the same role at Fantaay Tech., where they designed and manufactured interactive entertainment products for the health and fitness industry. During this time, they also worked as a Mentor at Seedcamp, helping startups shape their businesses and forge early relationships with potential clients and investors. Finally, from 2012 to present, Seena has been a Finance Strategy Manager at Fantoo, where they have actively closed the company's funding round, raised EIS/SEIS and match funding for early stage companies, worked to develop strategic alliances with potential customers and investors, networked with HNW investors and institutions, and proactively updated and managed five-year projections forecasts for the CEO to share with investors.

Seena Saini completed their BA Hons in Accounting & Finance with Auditing & Tax from The Manchester Metropolitan University in 1993. Seena then went on to pursue an (SAP) MSc in Information Management from Sheffield Hallam University, which they completed in 2000. In 2020, they obtained certifications in Managing the complete Sales Cycle from Sales Impact Academy and Xero Advisor Certified from Xero.
