Neif Alem

Neif Alem is an experienced professional in product technology and business management, currently serving as the Product Technology and Application Manager at Fantr since July 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing sales, marketing, and project management in the mining and infrastructure sectors. Prior to this role, Neif worked at TECSIS as a Test Supervisor and Project Manager, leading testing operations and project coordination for renewable energy components. Additional engineering experience was gained at Metalfrio Solutions, focusing on commercial refrigeration product development, and at Tecumseh Products Company as an Engineering Intern, where Neif contributed to technical negotiations and process improvements.
