Dave is a sports personality and veteran journalist who started his own business to help athletes and executives cut through the clutter to effectively communicate their brand message. He also consults numerous sports industry and media companies, as well as supervises about 45-50 network live sports broadcasts a year in MLB, NFL, NCAA and NBA stadiums.

For over 30 years Dave has played a pivotal role on air and in management working for brands such as ESPN/Disney, and has traveled with and worked direct partnerships with the LA Lakers, Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks, University of Southern Cal, University of Kentucky. Besides calling and reporting from hundreds of sports sidelines across the country, he called TV play by play for Bob Knight's final coaching seasons.

Before starting his own consulting business, he recently led sports radio programming and coached all on-air talent in Los Angeles and Detroit. Dave's teaching is based on decades of experience working up close with athletes such as Kobe Bryant, Dirk Nowitzki, Keyshawn Johnson, Emmitt Smith, as well as coaches including Phil Jackson, Don Nelson, and Bill Parcells.

He has served on the board for the ALS Foundation for California and Hawaii, as well as worked with other non-profit organizations including Make-A-Wish. He and his wife now reside in Raleigh, NC and he continues to oversee national sports events for ESPN, as well as doing sports broadcasts and corporate voice overs.
