Kristine Rosko has diverse work experience in various roles. Kristine began their career as a Lifeguard at Candlewood Management Services from 2006 to 2007. Kristine then worked as an Intern at the Metuchen YMCA in 2010, where they gained exposure to different departments and their functions. In 2008, they joined Aerie by American Eagle as a Sales Associate, responsible for assisting customers, restocking, cashiering, and meeting daily goals. From 2008 to 2012, they worked at the Metuchen Branch YMCA as a Front Desk & Lifeguard/Swim Instructor, ensuring safety, teaching swim lessons, and providing customer service. During this time, they also served as a Camp Counselor, supervising and organizing activities for children. In 2011, they joined the First Presbyterian Church in Metuchen as a member of the Associate Pastor Nominating Committee, creating job descriptions and reviewing resumes. In 2012, they worked as an Account Development Manager at Winhire Technologies, responsible for sales strategies, lead research, and funnel management. Kristine'snext position was at the Metuchen Branch YMCA, where they served as the Assistant Aquatic Director, overseeing programs, safety standards, and staff scheduling. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as the Membership and Marketing Director at Edison YMCA. Currently, they hold the role of Membership Engagement Director at Fanwood-Scotch Plains YMCA since 2018.

Kristine Rosko completed their high school education at JP Stevens High School from 2003 to 2007. Following that, they pursued higher education at Eastern University from 2007 to 2011 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus in General Management.
