Grissel Rivera

Grissel Rivera has over 15 years of experience in guest services and healthcare. Currently serving as a Guest Services Representative and Shipping Specialist at FAO Schwarz since November 2007, Grissel has developed a strong background in customer service and logistics. Prior to this role, Grissel worked as a Home Health Aide at Americare from March 2005 to November 2007. Grissel Rivera pursued education at TCI College from 2012 to 2014.
