Brita Fordice has extensive work experience in the fly fishing industry. Brita started their career at The Avid Angler in 2005 as a Fly Fishing Guide, Customer Service, and Instruction. In this role, they managed customer service, trained sales staff, supervised and motivated employees, and regularly met with sales representatives to stay up-to-date on new products and their technical aspects. Brita worked at The Avid Angler for over 11 years.

In 2016, Brita joined Far Bank Enterprises as a Technical Specialist.
