Demion Richards

Demion Richards has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as Business Manager at both Far Brook School and Our Lady of Victories Roman Catholic Church since 2022 and 2021, respectively. Previously, Demion held various roles, including Project Manager at the Helen Keller National Center and Controller at Brooklyn Heights Montessori School, overseeing day-to-day financial operations for an independent school with an $11 million budget. Additionally, Demion has worked as a Senior Accountant at Total Transportation Corp., collaborating with multiple subsidiary companies, and as an Independent Contractor for Blue School and Breakthrough New York focusing on auditing and accounts payable functions. Early career experience includes serving as Accounts Supervisor at the Agricultural Development Bank in Trinidad and Tobago, where Demion led a team and significantly improved debt management. Demion is pursuing a Master’s degree in Taxation at Southern New Hampshire University, having previously earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a concentration in Forensic Accounting and a Certified Accounting Technician designation.
