Sofia Tomé

Sofia Tomé currently serves as the Parent Relations and Communication Manager at Far Brook School, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Sofia was the Program Director at The Posse Foundation from April 2019 to February 2021, where responsibilities included managing a team and overseeing partnerships with seven colleges to enhance college readiness for high school seniors and support college students.
