Far East Consortium International Limited is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company principally engaged in development of properties. Along with subsidiaries, the Company operates its business through six segments: the Property Development segment, the Operations of Dorsett and Its Subsidiaries segment, the Car Park Operations and Facilities segment, the Securities and Financial Product Investments segment, the Property Investment segment, and the Other operations segment. The Property Development segment is involved in the residential development. The Operations of Dorsett and Its Subsidiaries segment is involved in the operation of hotels located in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Mainland China, Singapore and United Kingdom. The Car Park Operations and Facilities segment is involved in the operation of car parks and the provision of property management services.
