Tom has held various roles in different companies such as Far East Consortium International Ltd, One Manchester, Capital & Centric, Sheffield Housing Company, and Urban Splash. Tom has experience as a Strategic Partnerships Director, Project Director, Developer, Non Executive Director, and Director of Development. Notably, Tom was responsible for delivering 293 new build homes in the first phase of Sheffield Housing Company's development pipeline.
