Fei Dong

Fei Dong has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2009 with the Chinese Nutrition Society as an Administrative Assistant and Research Assistant. In 2012, they began working towards their PhD at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In 2016, they were a Postdoctoral Fellow at The University of Texas at Austin, as well as a Data Analysis Consultant at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Since 2018, they have been a Research Statistician for Far Harbor, LLC, where they assist in long-term statistical consulting projects in public health and performs data preparation and analysis for state population health surveys.

Fei Dong obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Animal Sciences from China Agricultural University between 2003 and 2007. Fei then went on to earn a Master's Degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Glasgow between 2007 and 2008. Finally, they completed a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Nutrition Epidemiology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill between 2012 and 2016. In 2023, they obtained an ESET Cyber Security Awareness Training Certificate from ESET North America.
