Charles Weise

Charles Weise has accumulated extensive work experience in supply chain management and operations. Charles most recently worked as the Director of Business Operations at Far Niente Family of Wineries & Vineyards starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they held various positions at Lagunitas Brewing Company, including Supply Chain Planning Manager and Senior Manager Supply Chain Planning. Charles also served as the Supply Chain Manager at Fort Point Beer Company and held multiple roles at Anchor Brewing Company, including Purchasing Manager, Materials Supervisor, and Order Management Specialist. Notably, they achieved significant cost savings through contract negotiations and process improvements, as well as reducing working capital. Furthermore, Weise worked as an Operations Inventory Control Supervisor at Veritable Vegetable and as a Lead Inventory Control Specialist and Bakery Buyer at Whole Foods Market.

Charles Weise obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Central Florida, where they attended from 2003 to 2007.
