Kelsie Earnest

Kelsie Earnest currently serves as the Hospitality Manager at Bella Union Winery within Far Niente Wine Estates since September 2025. Previously, Kelsie held the position of Visitor Center Hospitality Manager at Domaine Carneros Winery from July 2023 to September 2025. Kelsie also worked with Terlato Wine Group, advancing from Hospitality & Events Manager to Senior Retail & Hospitality Manager at Chimney Rock Winery between July 2021 and July 2023. Kelsie's early career includes roles at Starbucks, where Kelsie progressed from Barista to Store Manager from February 2018 to July 2021, and earlier positions at Sunstone Winery and Jackson Family Wines. Kelsie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Global and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts: Social & Behavioral Sciences with a focus on Psychology from Allan Hancock College.
